To make a booking at iFLY we do ask for full, cleared payment at the point you make the reservation. Sorry, but we don’t accept deposits, part payment or pay on arrival.

The simple answer is yes. Typically we encourage customers to purchase the Flex optional extra which allows them to move their booking multiple times with more than 48 hours' notice, without charge. See more details here.
If you have not purchased Flex, and know you will not be able to make your flights, you may reschedule as follows:
If you fail to arrive for your flights, are late for your flights or fail to reschedule your flights within the times above, your booking will no longer be valid and you will not be entitled to a refund.The reschedule fee must be paid at the time of you notifying us that you need to reschedule and a new date for your booking must be decided upon.
